Black History: Black Panther!!
Marvels "Black Panther" hit U.S. theaters today! In and of itself, "Black Panther" is significant because it is the first time Marvel has released a feature film highlighting one of its Black superheroes -- ever! It's directed by Ryan Coogler, who is African American, and touts a heavy-hitting African American cast. I've heard that even if you aren't a comic book fan, this movie is worth seeing multiple times because of its cultural importance and message! #BlackPanther #BlackHistoryMonth
My Last Public Laundry Day!!
Yesterday, we received the news that our new dryer will be installed this coming Monday, almost a week before their expected delivery date! (That's God's favor!) I am so excited, ya'll! Maybe I'll show you pictures once the set is complete. #ByeWashHouse
Godly Success!!
I am convinced that I have a God-given writing assignment and it's always awesome to hear positive feedback from people after they've read my work. It's even more fulfilling when Clients of my editing business, TC Edits, are pleased with a final project. Over the past few weeks, I have been fervently at work on a business assignment and yesterday my Client called to give me kudos and to voice his approval of the final proof. The joy in his voice was so satisfying! His exact words were, "I trust your process...your words brought my business ideas to life! You made it real!" I beamed! God gets the glory because through His guidance, He allows me to transform simple words into substance. #GodlySuccess
Future Collab!!
This week, I met with my former coworker, who is now my business partner and friend! We are developing a program series that is sure to bless all who are connected. It's huge! I look forward to sharing more details as it is comes together! #GodsPlan
Date Night!!
I received LT's date night plans for tonight and I am excited! You know I look forward to spending quality time with My Honey! Tonight we will dine at a steakhouse and then see BLACK PANTHER! I am looking forward to it! (Is it time to leave yet???) #ThompsonDateNight
