God's Favor Surrounds Us!!
This week, LT and I experienced a number of confirmations that we are not "normal" people and that God's favor is upon us. Believers are always "on display" as walking examples of God's love and through us, others are able to witness it. #ItsNotLuckItsFavor
Encouraged By Others!!
This week, I was encouraged by hearing testimonies of two of my sisters in Christ and how they are using their faith in God to combat and overcome challenges they faced this week. It's always encouraging and serves as confirmation to know that I am surrounding myself with people who are walking by faith and not what they see! #Faith
Kayla's Open House!!
This week we attended Kayla's open house. She showed us a little bit of her classroom and then we ventured outside to watch them race their model cars. Her car won a few of the races. But everyone had fun. #KaylasOpenHouse
Jazmyn's Going to Be In High School!!
This week, we attended high school open house for Jazmyn! Although we've been preparing and training her for what's to come, high school is one of the opportunities for her to walk out what she knows. While I am excited for what's ahead, it's a little bittersweet because it seems like I was just in labor with her not too long ago. #JazmynsGonnaBeAFreshman
Rather than hosting a boring open house, the school did an Amazing Race type scavenger hunt to orientate the students to their new surroundings. There were many activities to complete and two of them included Jazmyn figuring out someone else's blood type and planks.
It's Date Night!!
If you've been a WHOAments reader for any amount of time, you already know how much I enjoy alone time with LT and tonight is date night! Yep. I have a big, cheesy grin on my face as I type this. It's my turn to plan and it's going to be fun! #ThompsonDateNight
