Friday's Fab Fortunes {1.12.18}

It's Friday and you know what that means!!! Here are this week's top five WHOAments for which I am grateful! Enjoy!

"giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ," ~ Ephesians 5:20 (NKJV)

Thompson Goals!!

2017 was an extraordinary year for our family. Through God's faithfulness and favor, we were able to cross off goal after goal on our list! Soon, LT and I will sit down and create our 2018 goals and I am excited to watch how God brings them to pass. 2017 was phenomenal. Yet, I am declaring that 20!8 is going to blow my socks off!! #ExplosiveAbundance

Our Home!!

Some people who are reading this (not you) may think "she's had this on her top five every week for a few months now... she should move on." But I told you that it would be. When I look around our home, I see God's love and favor. When I visit the neighborhoods we thought were perfect for us, I see God's love and favor! So, to those who "don't get it", excuse me for being repetitive. But for those who do "get it", you already know that I won't stop thanking God for our perfect home! #God'sPerfectPlace

A Child's Heart!!

This week, Kayla demonstrated that she is a giver. Upon writing her Christmas thank you notes, she expressed the desire to give a monetary token of love to one of her "aunts" who had given her a Christmas gift. Because we have trained our daughters to be givers and they understand the principle that we are here to be a blessing to others, I couldn't deny her the opportunity to bless someone else. Upon receiving Kayla's token of love, her "aunt" was moved to tears by her sincere expression of appreciation and love. This made me Godly proud. #TrainThemUp

Happy New Year!!

Monday was my first, official business day of the new year . I've already received a few WHOAments and I am excited about all we will experience together in 2018 (or "20!8", as I've dubbed it). It's already an amazing year because you are reading this (which means you are still alive and I am still writing). :) #Happy2018

New Year, New Intentions!!

If you read Monday's WHOAment, you know that I received admonishment from the Holy Spirit to be intentional in 2018. This week, I was more intentional about spending private time with God, praying, quality time spent with LT and how I handled tasks throughout the week. I noticed a vast difference in my demeanor, how I spent my time and my mood. I had an awesome week! #IntentionallyAmazed
