Mission Accomplished!!
Last year, I encouraged all my California WHOAment friends to sign a petition that would get us closer to ending daylight savings time. Well, it worked! On November 6th, Californians will have the opportunity to get the ball rolling towards ending daylight savings time by voting "yes" on Prop 7. Prop 7 will give Legislature the ability to change our daylight saving time period. So, I encourage all Californians to vote "yes" on Prop 7 so we can join other states by keeping our clocks set to standard time. (YAY!) #YesonProp7
*This will continue to be a highlight until Election Day! :)

If you've read previous WHOAments™, you know I have several special ladies in my life who are my "Second Moms". Kathleen (AKA "Lady") is one of them. This weekend we will celebrate her birthday and I am looking forward! #HappyBirthdayLady
Still Losing!!
For those who are like me and on a fitness/healthier journey, you can relate to how good it feels when you notice that you are feeling healthier and looking more slim! My rolls are slowly fading away, I've lost two dress sizes and I'm liking the results! A few people have commented because they can see it as well, which always motivates me to continue. And I think it's important to mention that I am not on a crazy, fad diet. All I've done is increased my water intake and I walk almost daily. That's it! #TCsGettingHealthy
Thanksgiving is Coming!!
Everyone knows by now that my favorite holiday of all is Thanksgiving. The time spent with family while enjoying good food is priceless and I do not take it for granted. Now, it's time to start planning our menu and macaroni and cheese with cranberry sauce touching it has to be on my plate. #ThanksgivingCountdown
Happy Birthday, Nae Nae!!
Our oldest daughter, Denae, will celebrate her birthday tomorrow. I still remember when she was just a little girl and now she's a beautiful young woman! Yet, no matter how old she gets, she will always be our baby! We love you, Nae Nae! Happy Birthday! #HappyBDayNaeNae
