Natural Hair Using E'tae Products
Once I decided to ditch the hair relaxer for good and embraced my natural hair, I wanted to find the products that worked for my new, curlier hair texture. It seemed that every hair product that had "good for natural hair" or "natural" on its label ended up in my cabinet. While some worked, most didn't, causing me to be more selective (and skeptical) about new hair products. But when I saw pictures of a "miracle product" that two of my cousins use, I broke down and gave it a shot. And I was not disappointed!
I fell in love with E'tae Natural Products after using them for the first time and loved that they really are all natural. They contain ingredients like bananas, coconut oil, rosemary, shea butter, apple cider vinegar and aloe vera, which are most naturalistas best friends. Because they are all natural, I am able to use them on our daughters', my mom's and my own hair. It adds shine, body, and keeps it healthy.
Below is a picture tutorial of how I used E'tae Natural Products on our youngest daughter, Kayla's, hair. (It should be noted that Kayla is very, very tender headed, meaning she cries crocodile tears any time her hair is combed...until E'tae!)
Here is Kayla's hair before we started:
Dampen the hair.
Apply Two Handfuls of the Carmel Deep Reconstructing Treatment:
Cover Hair with Plastic Cap for at least 30 minutes (we usually leave it in for about an hour or so):
Rinse Out the Carmel Deep Reconstructing Treatment:
Shampoo the Hair Twice with the Carmelux Deep Treatment Shampoo:
(For excessive build up, let the shampoo sit for about 5 minutes)
Rinse the Carmelux Deep Treatment Shampoo:
Add the Carmelux Silk Protein Conditioner, Detangle and Rinse the Hair:
(You can stop at this step if you are not heat styling your hair.)
Add a Fingertip of Buttershine Lightweight Moisturizing Hair and Scalp Cream, Blowdry and Flat Iron the Hair:
Here is my hair after using Étae without heat:
I'm telling you! It works on all hair types and is totally worth trying! For more information about and to purchase E'tae, click here.
