Friday's Fab Fortunes {10.7.16}

It's Friday and you know what that means!!! Here are this week's top five WHOAments for which I am grateful! Enjoy!

"giving thanks always for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ," ~ Ephesians 5:20 (NKJV)

It's A New Month!!

Hello October! It's weird to think that this year is more than half finished. The leaves are changing and there is a briskness in the air. While summer is my favorite month, I am grateful for the new season, as it brings new beginnings. I look forward to all that the new month will bring.

Side note: Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, is also celebrated in October. Shanah Tovah!

My Friday's Fab Fortunes!!

Because I am committed to consistently documenting and sharing special WHOAments that happened during my week, I am more intentional about noticing and being thankful for every WHOAment, big or small, which I may have been tempted to overlook in the past.

Quality Time With Jazmyn and Kayla!!

This week, LT traveled for business and while he was gone, I had the opportunity to spend Mommy/Daughter time with Jazzy and Kayla. After their homework was complete, we laughed and talked over dinner - which I prepared. (Click here to see the reason I felt the need to point that out.) And they filled me in on the happenings of their day, which is always comical.

My Complete Healing!!

Last week I began to experience symptoms of a cold or bug. I wasn't able to fully enjoy our date night because of them. (But I managed!). This week, I am feeling 200% better! Thank God!

LT Returns!!

While absence makes the heart grow fonder and all that good stuff, I am looking forward to seeing LT!! This week I was more introverted than usual and I am looking forward to our quality time and finally getting all of these thoughts out of my head and into his ears. I am grateful for a husband who encourages healthy communication and actually wants to hear what I need to say. #WeddedWHOAment

Selah!
