Girlfriend Catch Up!!
This week, I had lunch with one of my "Sisters-By-Choice". We were able to catch up and laugh and talk as if we saw each other yesterday, when it really had been a few months. It's the simple things! #SistersByChoice
Thanksgiving Break!!
Normally, I am not too enthusiastic when the girls are on breaks from school. However, I am actually looking forward to the break from pre-dawn wake up times and mid-day pick ups. Plus, since it's Thanksgiving week, LT will be home some of those days. #ThanksgivingBREAK
Thanksgiving Is Coming!!
Thanksgiving is less than a week away! Our menu is planned, the groceries are bought. The only things left to do is to cook (yes, I assist LT) and eat. Are you ready!? #ThanksgivingCountdown
Cuddles 'N' Cupcaking!!
Our date night from last Friday ended up lasting throughout Saturday evening! For the first time in a long time, we had nothing planned and we enjoyed every single moment of it doing absolutely nothing but cuddling and cupcaking (as the young folk call it). It was sheer bliss! Our House!!
With the all the wildfires burning here in California, I am more appreciative that our house is still standing. So many people don't have that same testimony today. Whenever I go outside and get a whiff of the smokey air, I am reminded how blessed I am.The fact that I am even able to take a breath and enjoy my loved ones, makes me forever grateful. #IAmCovered
